An excellent place to remain in a fantastic place in Playa del Carmen.

I adore this resort. Particular mention to Arturo who served me within the five evenings at breakfast throughout my stay. He was terrific and attentive. Additionally, Livia was friendly, helpful, welcoming, and astonishing in her job. Luiz on the beautiful rooftop pool area has been excellent, so close and amusing, which only made my stay better.

Aside from that a just fantastic resort, with excellent staff and their cozumel best shore snorkeling suggestions, incredible feeling and made my stay in Mexico better. Cannot wait for another trip.

Melina and Enrique of the front desk at the resort, are a great team. Both of them are very helpful and educated. They create a stay in the resort quite pleasurable. All in all, the remainder of the group at the restaurant are great.

The breakfast area is fantastic, and support is unbelievably excellent. I suggest this resort to anyone.

The food was excellent – really flavorful with big pieces. I loved the hotel was fundamental to 5th Avenue, the shore, and Wal-Mart (only a 10 minute walk away!). My room was clean and simmer for night slumber.

Amazing hotel. The rooms are soundproof so that you do not hear the audio on the rooftop, which is loud sometimes when you are up there. The performances were all wonderful. Once I was tired of sitting in the bar upstairs, I sat in my balcony listening to this cool noises.
