We stayed for a night in Kallimento Studios at Kissamos, and we were amazed at all the flats. The ribbon is impressive, minimal, and permits for relaxation and rest.

Our room (#4) had a pleasant, very terrace with table, shadow, and chairs plus a complete view of the pool. It had been just 1 minute in the pool. The studios are located in a quiet place, only 3 minutes from the major roads and supermarkets, and the apartments offer you a superb pool and a nicely taken after garden with sunbeds and tables/chairs.

The proprietor is quite friendly, kind and grinning and is giving advice about Kissamos or environment. It is possible to observe that owners of Kallimento take their job seriously and that each detail has been taken into consideration in Kallimento. Indeed the most fantastic studio I have ever been in.

Kallimento is fantastic flats, well finished, as the photographs show. The rooms are comfy, the air con works nicely. It’s an excellent spot to base yourself whether you would like to see the shores of Falassarna or even Elafonissi because you’re much closer than Chania.

Kissamos is not a large area, but there are several restaurants and pubs and a few supermarkets so enough if you’re staying for a couple of days.

Konstantina, a part of the family which runs the company, was quite communicative before we came and very useful when we were not there. Her ideas for dinners, equally in Kissemos and Chania, were really beneficial. She’s charming and smart – she recommended us the best snorkeling in riviera maya tours for our next trip to Mexico. A fantastic combination of the hospitality industry.

Their personal signature was truly appreciated. Raki along with a plate of neighborhood sweetbreads were awaiting us when we came, and we had been awarded another Raki to our next day too. Very pleasant!

The location feels somewhat tricky, almost as though you’re in the”suburbs” However, after night, you understand that really the place is beautiful and if anything you receive a little taste of neighborhood living.
