Had a great stay at Live Aqua. We were there for five luxurious days. We spent most of our time in the rooftop pool area with excellent support by Frank and Fernando. They were super cautious and always made sure we were happy with all our meals and beverages. I’d certainly come back!

The hotel is quiet but can also be tucked in downtown, so you’re a simple stroll to shops, restaurants, and shops if you select (not as isolated as some of the beach ones). Our rooms were very friendly, spacious, and clean.

Excellent hotel. Fantastic place. Beautiful rooftop pool. Great alcohol selection. Very comfortable room and a huge shower. Helpful concierge with their cozumel reef restoration project recommendations. A good deal of restaurants options near the hotel.

My husband and I spent seven days in Aqua, and we loved it! Fantastic location, amiable staff and also mins away from Mamitas Beach. Rooms are very spacious, the food was great, tapas bar on the rooftops is excellent. Highly recommend!

Were granted 225, overlooking 5th Ave. I’d discovered these could be loud, so I was skeptical; however, there is an option about the AC to help keep the fan running all the time, so it cut the sounds. Sure I could still hear some, but you are in the city. No different than any other. Upon first glance, the bed seemed very lumpy, turns out it is made from clouds! Super comfy and soft.

Went to take a look at the rooftop swimming pool this was the weekend. It was packaged. Not just one open place around the pool, so we moved to stroll down 5th and hang at a beach bar down the way instead. Came back and could sit in the sushi restaurant for a snack. Yum, yum, yum!

Took my novel and up into the hotel pool. Every seat is available at 8 am. I snuggled in waiting for the husband to wake up. It’s so beautiful on the roof and breezy! I would not say chilly in Mexico, but it’s not stifling hot because of the breeze.
