Excellent area, always clean, shower, and hot.Good balcony with an ocean view. There was a massive option for breakfast, both cold and hot. We ate at the restaurant once as we had been on a set tour, ate out together with the group. The food was excellent and nicely presented.

This really is a family run resort, and they’re quite many hands-on, nothing is too much of a problem. Staff told me about the cozumel snorkeling tours recommended to take in Mexico. It’s not necessary to take anything back into the resort.

Sunny Bay is a lovely and quiet resort, positioned on the beach, within the Gulf of Kissamos, 10 minutes from a quaint little village. The staff is quite friendly and useful. But really extraordinary would be the abandoned beaches.

The missing Paradise is located on Sunny bay shore Hotel in Kissamos (Kastelli). Fantastic breakfast buffet, friendly proprietor. Homely atmosphere. Hotel shore is sandy and rather good, but we did not utilize it, because of quite famous and pleasant beaches such as Balos, Elafonisi, Phalasarna, etc.. Pool can be, and it might be useful in windy times. Just 1 thing that I didn’t like is your refrigerator in the room. It’s quite small and not cooling. The cost of the apartments is reasonable. Therefore I wholeheartedly recommend this resort.
